An app for the Falun of the future
Falu Energi & Vatten is your local energy company that together with you wants to contribute to a greener society where all energy comes from Falun. To get the Falun of the future one step closer, we are now launching our app.
You can do this in the app:
- Track your energy consumption.
- See your invoices.
- Chat with customer service.
- Get information about ongoing malfunctions.
- Easy to see our opening hours at our recycling centers.
- Make an error report.
- Report the move.
- Get a notification that reminds you of garbage collection.
You can simply find the most common and most used services directly in your phone!
Here's how to get started:
To be able to use all services, you simply log in with BankID or with your customer number and password. If, for example, you want to quickly see our opening hours or current operational disruptions, it is possible to do so without logging in, but in order for you to be able to use the app in the best way, we recommend that you log in.
With the app, we want to make everyday life easier for you as a falubo, which is why we are constantly working to improve the user experience and develop new services.
