Receives and visualize Glucose values from different sources

GlucoDataHandler receives glucose values from different sources and provide a visualization for these values on phone, watch (Wear OS) and Android Auto (using GlucoDataAuto).

Permissions:

- Notification: for showing foreground notification to prevent Android to close this app in background

- Alarms & reminders: for scheduling tasks in the background with an exact interval
