MyHelp offers support services for health and safety interventions

MyHelp is a platform based on an Operations Center which collects requests for intervention from registered Users and a community of Operators qualified to carry out health, personal assistance and safety interventions. The MyHelp system can count on an integrated system consisting of:

- App usable on Android terminals

- Website accessible to qualified users and operators

- Dedicated operations center with monitoring and management functions for requests and operators involved

The user who registers on the platform provides all the data necessary for rapid identification of the same and the support of geo-location allows to know its position in real time. The user can make requests for assistance and / or support, directly from the App on his terminal. Requests may concern the medical, nursing, pharmaceutical or personal safety fields. The Operations Center receives the various requests already divided by type of intervention and perceived level of urgency. The power plant is therefore able to establish a priority of intervention and coordinate support actions by collaborating with the authorities in charge, in accordance with the national and regional guidelines. The Operations Center can also access the geo-location of the qualified operators (health and non-healthcare) registered on the platform and who have provided their availability to participate in the support activities. This allows to optimize the management of resources by allowing the involvement of the health or safety personnel closest to the place of request for assistance, in collaboration with the authorities in charge.

- Allows to optimize the management of resources, involving the Operators allocated near the applicant, where the possibility of acting without sending a rescue vehicle is noted

- Contributes to reducing pressure on the Emergency-Urgency system
